Nestled in the village of Metaxata, in the picturesque Leivathos region, Villa Antia enjoys a privileged location overlooking the Castle of Saint George, the majestic Mount Aenos, and the olive tree plains of the area.

Just a short distance away is the unique village of Kourkoumelata, renowned for its neoclassical architecture. After the devastating earthquake of 1953, it was rebuilt with respect to its original pre-seismic style. Metaxata itself also hides historical treasures, including a Mycenaean-era cemetery that testifies to ancient habitation. In 1823, Lord Byron stayed in the village, and his presence is commemorated by a statue in the central square.

At Villa Antia, we offer a tasteful and welcoming environment where you can unwind and feel at home. Children can play safely in the garden and enjoy the pool, while adults relax under the pergola, cook at the BBQ, and enjoy outdoor dining in a serene atmosphere.

Our location is truly privileged — just a few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including Paliolinos, Klimatsia, Avithos, Pessada, Agios Thomas, and Karavados. The capital town of Argostoli is only 8 minutes away, the airport just 6 minutes, and Pessada Port (ferry to Zakynthos) just 10 minutes.

Kefalonia can be easily reached by plane or ferry, with frequent connections from Killini, Patras, Astakos, Vasiliki (Lefkada), and Zakynthos.
