Villa Antia is located on the provincial road connecting Metaxata - Spartia, in the village of Metaxata in Leivathos area. It overlooks the castle of Agios Georgios (Saint George), the mountains of Aenos and the plain with the olive groves of the area.

There is also the characteristic for its architectural settlement of Kourkoumelata village, which, after the catastrophic earthquake of 1953, was rebuilt in the same pre-seismic rhythm.  A cemetery of the Mycenaean era was also discovered in Metaxata, which highlights their habitation from that time.
Also in 1823, Lord Byron passed from Metaxata, and there is a statue to his honour in the village square.

The location is very privileged and in a very close distance there are unique beaches such as Paliolinos, Klimatsia, Avithos, Pessada, Agios Thomas and Karavados, while in just 8 minutes you are in the capital of Argostoli, in 6 minutes at the airport and 10 minutes from Pessada port (ferry to Zakynthos).

Access to Kefalonia and the Villa is possible either by plane or by ferry from the ports of Killini, Patras, Vasiliki (Lefkas), Astakos and Zakynthos, with many daily routes.
